Description

Eiden Systems Consulting are seeking a highly skilled Registration Authority (RA) with a Top Secert (TS) clearance to join our dynamic team in Richmond, VA or Ft. Belvoir, VA. This key role supports a Department of Defense (DoD) client by ensuring secure identity, credential, and access management processes that uphold the confidentiality, availability, integrity, and non-repudiation of sensitive and classified information systems. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Access and Identity Management, adhering to all relevant IA policies, procedures, and DoD guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Identity and Access Management (IAM) services to support secure DoD information systems.
  • Issue, revoke, and recover SIPR and NIPR credentials for users, Trusted Agents (TA), administrators, and Local Registration Authorities (LRA).
  • Assist in implementing DoD identity, credential, and access management services in accordance with DoD policies and procedures.
  • Manage and train Trusted Agents (TAs) worldwide, ensuring compliance with DoD Instruction 8520.03 regarding access management through identity authentication.
  • Utilize ServiceNow tracking system and Outlook Response system to track and maintain accountability for PKI Alternate Token and Server Certificate issuance.
  • Monitor RA operations to align with DoD PKI RA-LRA Certification Practice Statement (CPS) and Registration Practice Statement (RPS) for compliance with DISA audit requirements.
  • Maintain logs, Certificate Revocation Information (CRI) files, databases, and documentation to support PKI audit readiness.
  • Develop protocols for key recoveries in compliance with existing CPS and RPS standards as required by DISA.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years of relevant IT experience, including 2+ years in a Registration Authority (RA) role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
  • Clearance: DoD TOP SECRET/TS clearance
  • Certifications:
    • DoD 8570/8140 Baseline Certification compliant with DoD PKI RA Certification.
    • Category IAT Level II (Security+ or equivalent).

Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of DoD Instruction 8520.03 for identity authentication and access management.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow for tracking and managing compliance activities.
  • Proficiency in maintaining documentation and records for PKI audits.
  • Ability to train and manage a global network of Trusted Agents to maintain access control standards.
