Eiden Systems Consulting is currently seeking a talented React Developer for a hybrid role to join our team in building and maintaining modern applications within a microservice architecture. You will collaborate closely with designers, testers, developers, and requirement managers to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions for mission-critical systems.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and maintain multiple React applications in a microservice environment
- Design, consume, and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality, resilient applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and expected functionality
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Qualifications Required:
- U.S. Citizenship with a minimum active SECRET clearance
- Five (5) plus years’ experience
- The ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
- Proficiency in ES6+ JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of React (components, state, props, hooks, context)
- Experience with state management libraries such as Zustand or Redux
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Basic understanding of Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with AWS services (especially S3)
- Ability to communicate technical progress effectively to stakeholders
- Willingness to address software and image vulnerabilities to mitigate security risks
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with other languages/frameworks (.NET, Java, Python)
- Knowledge of asynchronous microservice patterns (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (GitLab, SonarQube, Helm, Harbor, ArgoCD)
- Ability to create rapid prototypes, sketches, and wireframes
- Experience integrating and maintaining a design system
- TS/SCI cleared, w/ability to obtain a Poly
